It is also well-suited for laparoscopic and minimally invasive trocar incision closure, Cesarean sections, inguinal hernia repairs, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedures.

The SU-10 contains 10 bioabsorbable fasteners and is designed for smaller incisions up to 10 cm, making it ideal for laparoscopic and MIS trocar closures. The SU-25 contains 25 fasteners and handles larger incisions up to 25 cm, covering a broader range of open and reconstructive surgical applications. Both deploy at 7 seconds per fastener.
